Was Andy McNab, not Tim O’Reilly, responsible for the rise of the dreaded ‘2.0’ classification, with the thinly veiled “Bravo two zero” (In fact a call sign from the Iraq war)? I’m led to ask by Business Two Zero‘s name and tagline which takes as it’s starting point the SAS’s internal and external mottos

Special Air Service the official motto is “Who Dares Wins” the unofficial motto is “Speed Agression Surprise”

There are lots of posts in this area: that speed to market is a defining factor in internet economies, but we’re not seeing similar posts talking about companies actually looking at lean, fast production methodologies.
